The DRC-D51Y vertical ring rolling machine adopts a novel and reasonable structural design, integrating material saving, energy saving, and compactness, and is dedicated to the hot rolling production of circular blanks such as bearings, gears, flanges, etc.

  • Slider guide surface has a travel length of 5-6 times, with a reasonable force distribution on the rectangular cross-section and high accuracy
  • International standard cylinder is equipped with polyurethane YX sealing ring, which has good wear-resistant sealing
  • Synchronous belt precision rolling mechanism, stable operation, wide adjustment range
  • Optimization of spindle bearing layout, excellent rotational accuracy of rolling wheel
  • Lower support wedge iron is fixed to the rectangular frame, making maintenance and adjustment convenient
  • Lower support bearing has reliable sealing and is suitable for dust and high temperature environments
